William Gilson is co-author (with T.E. Gilson, photographer) of Carved in Stone: The Artistry of Early New England Gravestones, Wesleyan University Press. His chapbook of poems, Monkey Puzzle, is published by Wayleave. A novella, At the Dark End of the Street, appeared in New England Review.
