John Koethe
John Koethe’s last poetry books were Walking Backwards: Poems 1966–2016 and Beyond Belief, both from Farrar, Straus and Girox, which will publish Cemeteries and Galaxies next year. He is also the author of Thought and Poetry: Essays on Romanticism, Subjectivity, and Truth (Bloomsbury 2022) and books on Wittgenstein and philosophical scepticism. He is Distinguished Professor of Philosophy Emeritus at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
