Tom BishopTom Bishop is Professor of English at the University of Auckland, where he teaches Renaissance literature and drama. He has translated Ovid's Amores (Carcanet, 2003) and written variously on Shakespeare, Jonson, Elizabethan music, and Australian literature. He is currently writing on Shakespeare and the Bible and translating Tibullus.
