Eric Ormsby

Eric Ormsby is the author of five collections of poetry, the latest of which is Daybreak at the Straits (Zoo Press, 2004). He was a professor of Islamic Studies at McGill University for twenty years and now lives in London. His new and selected poems appear from Carcanet Press in 2011.
