Waiting Broken Echoes Fading

A grey stone cutting stands as echo of the line
faded when the tracks were torn for scrap.
In the waiting room, shadows mark the time
that time has faded from the schedule of trains.
A 14:10 survives. Arriving or departing?
Outside, rain sweeps the platform,
but the echoes of our conversations
