Point No Point

Why name a place Point No Point?

Does it mean we are nowhere
when we reach it?

Does it mean we lose our sense
of meaning, our sense of direction
when we stop at Point No Point?

Begin again, add
that it was the place we almost missed,
and then it was the place we returned to
        again and again
braking at the abrupt dirt road detour -

Hidden by trees, entangled
        in disagreements,
   we found shelter, a view -
