Frederick the Great's
summer palace, a rococo style
pavilion, with windows
that could make
a glass house,
is the yellow
of Hollandaise sauce
and has egg-white detail.

It arises, encrusted with sculptural
gestures, on a billow
at the edge of a great park. Below
the blazing gravel
of its forecourt there is laid out
what has been the project
of his heirs, also -
